Role: SAP S4 AfterMarket Architect

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, migrations, and rollouts of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service
• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Configure the system to align with business processes
• Mapping and transformation of data fields from source (legacy system) to S/4HANA, migration activities and validating the loaded data
• Should have at least one end-to-end implementation projects in S/4HANASound Knowledge in S/4HANA simplifications in Customer Service
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutions
• Work with ABAP and Fiori developers to design custom solutions and enhancements
• Have a broad understanding of the following topics :
• Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service
• Service Contract Management,
• Service Monitoring and Analytics
• Warranty management
• In-House Repair
• Service Order Management
• Write Test cases and undertake testing, collaborate with business for the Acceptance testing
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
• 10+ years total & 3+ years S4 with solutioning for 3 deployments.
• One or two industry domain knowledge SAP Certification will be added advantage.
• Experience working as a SAP consultant for implementation or support projects ,majorly where customer service module is involved.
• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively document findings and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
