BlackRock is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Build and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes in a timely manner
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Hands-on with scripting: JavaScript, Glide API
ServiceNow ITSM knowledge
Experience in workflow automation and Service Catalog
Integration experience (REST/SOAP)
Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills
ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)
Experience with ITOM / CMDB / HRSD
Agile/Scrum exposure
Financial domain experience (plus)
