Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to implement scalable CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM.
• Develop custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI where required.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and maintain existing CRM solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployments.
• Support CRM deployments using Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong experience with:
• C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Dynamics 365 SDK
• Plugin and workflow development
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM customization, security roles, and data models.
• Experience working with SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
