🧾 Job Description

BlackRock is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications

• Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

• Build and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

• Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployments

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes in a timely manner

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions

✅ Required Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Hands-on with scripting: JavaScript, Glide API

• ServiceNow ITSM knowledge

• Experience in workflow automation and Service Catalog

• Integration experience (REST/SOAP)

• Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)

• Experience with ITOM / CMDB / HRSD

• Agile/Scrum exposure

• Financial domain experience (plus)
