Job Description
Provide onsite L2 deskside and field support for end-user devices, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide deskside and field support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and standard desktop applications.
- Support device rollout, refresh, replacement, and break/fix activities.
- Provide VIP and executive user support.
- Assist with printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors during onsite dispatch.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates in ITSM tools.
- Follow security and compliance standards.
