Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in wealth management systems and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting mainframe-based applications that support wealth management operations such as portfolio management, client accounts, trade processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications supporting wealth management and investment services.
• Work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS to build and enhance core financial applications.
• Analyze business requirements related to wealth management products, portfolio management, and client account services.
• Develop and optimize batch and online processing programs in the mainframe environment.
• Perform system enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning for existing applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with wealth management processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security for financial transactions and client information.
• Support production issues, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Participate in system testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and compliance with financial regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Experience working with mainframe batch processing and online transaction systems.
• Mandatory experience in Wealth Management or Investment Management domain.
• Good understanding of financial products such as portfolios, investments, client accounts, and trading workflows.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
