Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while guiding the development team and ensuring high-quality CRM delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions and customizations.

• Design and develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.

• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.

• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud platforms.
