Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development initiatives, design scalable solutions, and guide the development team to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions and customizations.

• Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define system requirements.

• Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.

• Ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization in Salesforce implementations.

• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms.
