Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

• Build applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.

• Support deployment, testing, and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based services.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment frameworks.
