We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions.

• Lead and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices and standards.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce platforms.

• Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II.

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment strategies.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
