Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Lead end-to-end solution design, including system integrations and data architecture.
Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Define best practices for development, governance, security, and performance optimization.
Architect integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce platform standards.
Support data migration, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture/solution design.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
Experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governor limits.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
