Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, guide development teams, and ensure cloud solutions align with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end cloud architecture solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premise environments to Azure.
Define best practices for cloud architecture, governance, security, and cost optimization.
Architect solutions using Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
Design high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation.
Architect API integrations and microservices-based solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cloud architecture, specifically on Microsoft Azure.
Strong expertise in Azure architecture, cloud-native services, and infrastructure design.
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), containers, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
Knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity (Azure AD), and monitoring tools.
Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
Experience in enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects.
