Key Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in RPA processes and bots.

Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.

Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and operations teams.

Ensure high availability and performance of automation workflows.

Maintain documentation for RPA processes, issues, and resolutions.

Assist in upgrades, deployments, and process enhancements.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in RPA support and maintenance, preferably with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Knowledge of RPA architecture, workflows, and best practices.

Experience with troubleshooting bots and resolving technical issues.

Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts.
