Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RPA Support Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient automation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in RPA processes and bots.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.

• Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and operations teams.

• Ensure high availability and performance of automation workflows.

• Maintain documentation for RPA processes, issues, and resolutions.

• Assist in upgrades, deployments, and process enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in RPA support and maintenance, preferably with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

• Knowledge of RPA architecture, workflows, and best practices.

• Experience with troubleshooting bots and resolving technical issues.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RPA deployment in enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for automation solutions.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
