We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using generative models to create innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and solutions.

• Work with NLP, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks to build AI applications.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

• Document model architectures, workflows, and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, or deep learning frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Transformer architectures.

• Knowledge of AI model optimization and deployment pipelines.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI models.
