We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer with full-stack expertise in Java, Web Services, Oracle, PL/SQL, Python, and frontend & backend technologies to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite role. The ideal candidate will design end-to-end technical solutions, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend systems.

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and web services.

• Work with Oracle databases, PL/SQL scripts, and Python-based automation.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to define technical requirements.

• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution documentation.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Web Services, and Python development.

• Expertise in Oracle databases and PL/SQL.

• Full-stack development experience – both frontend and backend technologies.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
