Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payment BSA to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving payment systems and processes to support business operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems.

• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Support the design and implementation of payment processes, workflows, and system enhancements.

• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate payment system functionality.

• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in payments or banking.

• Knowledge of payment processing systems, ACH, wire transfers, and card networks.

• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking core systems and payment platforms.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in payments.

• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
