Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Environment Management Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing environments, ensuring availability, stability, and proper configuration to support development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage test environment setup, maintenance, and support.

• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment readiness.

• Manage environment configurations, deployments, and refresh activities.

• Monitor environment stability and troubleshoot issues impacting testing activities.

• Maintain documentation for environment architecture and processes.

• Ensure environments are aligned with release schedules and testing timelines.

• Implement best practices for environment management and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in test environment management and release coordination.

• Knowledge of environment provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Experience managing multiple test environments in enterprise projects.
