Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented Software Testers to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidates will be responsible for testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and functional testing of applications and systems.

• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and testing needs.

• Perform regression, integration, and system testing.

• Validate bug fixes and ensure product quality before release.

• Participate in test reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA processes.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar systems.

• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
