Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts and tools to streamline business and technical processes.

• Build and maintain automated workflows and testing solutions.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor automation processes and troubleshoot issues when needed.

• Maintain documentation for automation frameworks and processes.

• Continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in automation development and scripting.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
