We are looking for a skilled Big Data ETL Developer to join our team in Mississauga, ON in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines and big data solutions to support data integration and analytics initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for large-scale data processing.
Build and optimize data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
Work with structured and unstructured data in big data environments.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of ETL workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing and performance issues.
Support data integration and reporting needs across the organization.
Strong experience in ETL development and data integration.
Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python or Scala for data processing.
Knowledge of streaming technologies like Kafka.
Experience in Agile development environments.
