Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Content Creation on AI/GEN AI: Writing, editing, and updating various materials, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content.
Documentation Maintenance: Updating, maintaining, and archiving existing documentation to reflect product changes, bug fixes, or new features.
Collaboration: Working with product developers, engineers, UX designers, and customer support teams to gather information and validate the accuracy of the content.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Information Gathering: Studying product samples, reviewing technical specifications, and interviewing subject-matter experts (SMEs) to understand the subject.
Content Creation: Writing, editing, and updating various materials, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content.
Audience Analysis: Analyzing the target audience to determine appropriate, accessible, and clear language tailored to their technical skill level.
Visual Integration: Developing, gathering, or creating graphs, diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations to enhance user understanding.
Editing and Standardization: Reviewing, editing, and formatting materials to ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all documentation.
Documentation Maintenance: Updating, maintaining, and archiving existing documentation to reflect product changes, bug fixes, or new features.
