Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Officer (PCO) to support project governance, planning, and tracking activities. The candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation and reports.
Assist with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
Coordinate meetings, status updates, and communication among project teams.
Maintain project dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance frameworks.
Identify potential project risks and support mitigation strategies.
Assist in change management and issue tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in project coordination or project controls.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2.
Experience supporting large enterprise or IT projects.
Familiarity with project reporting and governance frameworks.
