Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions or improvements.

  • Prepare functional specifications, use cases, and process documentation.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams during design, development, and testing phases.

  • Support system implementation, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify business needs.

  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.

  • Maintain documentation for requirements, processes, and system changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in business analysis and system requirement gathering.

  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise systems or data platforms.

  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or similar business analysis certifications.
