Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.

The candidate will work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP SD/OTC solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) / SAP SD processes.
  • Work on sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
  • Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, and Logistics Execution.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-to-end support for OTC cycle.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and user training.

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
  • Experience with integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules.
  • Experience in configuration and support of SAP SD processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
