Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail SME (Subject Matter Expert) to lead and support Oracle Retail applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical expertise, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with retail business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Retail applications.
Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Retail solutions.
Work with business teams to understand retail operations and system requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Retail modules and integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Ensure proper documentation of system configurations and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of retail systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Oracle Retail solutions and modules.
Good understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory, and supply chain.
Experience supporting Oracle Retail implementations or production environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Retail integration with other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of database systems and reporting tools.
Experience working in large retail or enterprise environments.
