Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Solution Support Analyst with experience in PowerPlan to support financial and asset management systems used by utilities and energy companies. The candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with business and IT teams to maintain and enhance the PowerPlan platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PowerPlan applications.

Monitor system performance and resolve application or integration issues.

Work with business users to analyze and resolve functional and technical problems.

Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Assist in data analysis, reporting, and system configuration.

Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Document system processes, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.

Ensure system stability, security, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with PowerPlan financial and asset management software.

Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of SQL, databases, and system integrations.

Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.
