Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Understanding agile methodologies like ability to effectively facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives is fundamental.
• Functional / Domain Skills (Asset Management)
• Asset Management business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
• Investment products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs
• Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
• NAV calculation, fund accounting, and performance & attribution
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
• Asset management platforms and data (Order Management Systems, Market Data, Reference Data)

Experience Required - 8+ Years

• The Project Manager will lead and deliver asset management–related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation.
• The PM will coordinate with business, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge are essential.
• Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors is preferred.
