Job Description:
We are seeking a PSA Engineer – Generation to support power generation systems, reliability analysis, and risk assessment activities. The engineer will be responsible for performing probabilistic safety assessments, analyzing generation system performance, and supporting operational safety and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) for power generation facilities.
Analyze system reliability, risk, and safety performance of generation units.
Support safety reviews, regulatory compliance, and operational risk assessments.
Develop and maintain PSA models and perform scenario analysis.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve plant safety and reliability.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
Participate in audits, safety assessments, and engineering reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Power Generation systems and safety analysis.
Knowledge of Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) / PSA methodologies.
Understanding of power plant operations, reliability engineering, and safety standards.
Experience with engineering analysis tools and risk modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in nuclear or thermal power generation safety analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, or Energy Engineering.
