Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Strong experience in PLM Project Management - Enovia.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven project solutions or AI-enabled components within PLM programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large-scale technology or transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage PLM/AI projects across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical, business, and customer teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide timely project updates.
  • Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support solutioning, estimation, and proposal development for PLM/AI engagements (if applicable).
