We are seeking a skilled PSA Engineer – Network Transmission to support and maintain network transmission infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing transmission networks to ensure reliable connectivity and performance.
Monitor and manage network transmission systems and infrastructure
Troubleshoot transmission network issues and perform root cause analysis
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network transmission equipment
Ensure network performance, reliability, and service availability
Collaborate with network operations and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
Participate in incident management and service restoration activities
Implement best practices for network performance and security
Strong understanding of network transmission technologies
Knowledge of IP networking, routing, and switching
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with telecommunication network infrastructure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in telecom or large enterprise network environments
Knowledge of optical networks, DWDM, or SDH technologies
Relevant network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent)
Strong communication and documentation skills
