We are looking for an experienced QM Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce functionalities, executing test strategies, and ensuring high-quality releases across Salesforce environments.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Validate Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom implementations
Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle
Support release testing and post-deployment validation
Maintain documentation of test cases and results
Strong experience in Salesforce testing
Knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
Ability to create and execute manual and automated test cases
Salesforce certification (nice to have)
Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Provar
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and communication skills
