The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable portfolio and project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• • • Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

    • Configure and customize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules

    • Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

    • Implement enhancements and support existing ServiceNow applications

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

    • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

    • Maintain platform documentation and follow best development practices

    • Support deployment and production operations

Required Skills

• • • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules

    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

    • Knowledge of workflow configuration and automation

    • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

    • Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
