Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Windows 10&11 experience with installation and troubleshooting

Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software

Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security/patching software)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer-service orientation

Roles & Responsibilities

Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab environment

Troubleshoot issues on lab PCs.

Monitor ticket queue

Work directly with customers on resolving their issues
