Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• sales, service certifications required
• FSC certification will be preferred
• Banking and financial services experience is preferred
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• working knowledge in data migration and integration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute quick POC
• Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
• Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
• Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
• Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
• Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
• Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
• Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
• Onsite-offshore co-ordination
• Report regular progress on projects
• Testing and training strategies
