Role- Oracle OTM Consultant

Location- Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation, logistics, and supply chain.
• Configure and implement Oracle Transportation Management modules including:
• Order Management
• Shipment Planning
• Rates & Contracts
• Fleet Management
• Freight Settlement & Billing
• Logistics Network Modeling
• Design and execute transportation planning and execution workflows.
• Develop OTM automation agents, rate structures, and operational rules.
• Support end to end OTM configuration, testing, and validation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Work with middleware teams on OTM integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, APIs).
• Develop SQL queries, BI Publisher reports, and analytics dashboards.
• Troubleshoot OTM performance issues, configuration errors, and data quality problems.
• Support migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and loading.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) — Cloud or On Premise.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier management, and freight settlement.

Experience with OTM Configurations:

• Automation Agents
• Rate Management
• Shipments & Order Bases Workflows
• Knowledge of integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, EDI, FTP).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management, WMS, Procurement).
• OTM Certification (Cloud or On Prem).
• Exposure to logistics carriers, 3PL, freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, XSLT, and reporting tools.
