  Job Description:

  We are seeking a dynamic Field Expansion professional to support business growth initiatives across multiple onsite locations in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening client relationships, and supporting operational scale-up efforts in designated regions.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business expansion opportunities

  • Support site expansion and operational growth initiatives

  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments

  • Strengthen partnerships with local clients and vendors

  • Monitor performance metrics and expansion KPIs

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regional policies
