  Job Description:

  We are seeking an experienced AI Lead – Backend (AWS Focus) to lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven backend systems on AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions and cloud-native architecture.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend architecture and development for AI-powered applications

  • Design scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS

  • Develop APIs and microservices supporting AI/ML models

  • Integrate ML models into production environments

  • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews

  Required Skills:

  • Strong backend development experience (Python, Java, or Node.js)

  • Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, SageMaker)

  • Experience deploying and managing ML models in production

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of API design and RESTful services

  • AWS Certification (Associate/Professional)

  • Experience with Generative AI or LLM integrations
