  Job Description:

  We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, define testing strategies, and collaborate closely with development and business teams to maintain product excellence.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA team across projects

  • Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases

  • Oversee manual and automation testing efforts

  • Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices

  • Perform risk assessment and quality reporting

  • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

  • Monitor defect tracking and ensure timely resolution

  • Support release management and production validation

  Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

  • Knowledge of API and database testing

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise-level applications

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

  • ISTQB certification (nice to have)
