  Job Description:

  We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of data engineers, architect modern data platforms, and ensure high data quality, governance, and performance.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise data pipelines

  • Architect scalable data platforms using cloud or on-prem solutions

  • Develop ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data

  • Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business teams

  • Implement data governance and data quality frameworks

  • Review code, mentor team members, and enforce best practices

  • Support production data issues and performance tuning

  Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Data Engineering and data architecture

  • Expertise in SQL and Python/Scala

  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)

  • Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
