We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily operational and technical administrative activities at our Toronto onsite location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, user support, and coordination across teams.
Manage and maintain system/user accounts and access controls
Perform system configuration, monitoring, and routine maintenance
Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for internal users
Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and business teams
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records
Handle incident tracking and resolution within SLA
Support onboarding/offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards
Experience in system or application administration
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
Familiarity with Active Directory and user access management
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication and coordination skills
ITIL knowledge
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Basic networking knowledge
