Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to meet dynamic business requirements, ensuring seamless platform performance, process automation, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Module Development: Configuring and customizing multiple modules of ServiceNow depending on business requirements.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
Experience on Service Operation Workspace support.
Hands-on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Expertise on Incident Management – Incident Resolution, Escalation Process, SLA Management.
Problem Management – Root Cause Analysis, Problem Resolution, and Workarounds.
Change Management – Risk Assessment, Impact Analysis, Change Planning, Scheduling, and Change Implementation across the full lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Knowledge Management.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting language.
Integrations: Hands-on experience with APIs – REST, SOAP, Scripted REST API, MID Server Integration, and IntegrationHub.
ITOM Implementation and Configuration.
Discovery Configuration: Manage and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Expert in Service Mapping with understanding of relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components.
Experience with Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Event Management integration with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring.
Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.
Expertise on Performance Analytics – KPIs, Indicator Creation, Scorecards, and Widgets.
