Position Title : Sr. Engineer - Seismic Platform

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong stakeholder communication and support triage capabilities
• Customer service orientation and excellent written communication skills
• Strong SaaS platform administration and role bases access management
• Ability to design scalable, rule-based access and content distribution models
• Reporting and dashboard development with strong analytical skills
• Process mapping of onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Clear documentation and configuration management discipline
• Experience with regression testing, release evaluation, and impact analysis
• Ability to document business requirements, do unit testing/ regression testing, facilitate end users training
• Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
Roles & Responsibilities
• Process user access requests within 24 hours. Provision access and ensure correct roles and permissions are set
• Conduct platform license audits on a regular cadence
• Monitor role changes from re-orgs and update user profiles in bulk accordingly (monthly)
• Manage deactivation/reactivation requests within 24 hours
• Maintain documentation of core user groups, their purpose and permissions (Internal/External Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, etc.)
• Create a dynamic rule-based approach to grant content access for the various audiences we serve
• Monitor content profiles for adoption and conduct profile maintenance
• Perform initial diagnostic assessment and resolve common issues
• Respond to Seismic Support inbox inquiries within an hour and reroute complex requests to the relevant stakeholders
• Research support- queue workflow improvements, including ChatGPT theme analysis
• Identify future opportunities for automated user-provisioning workflows
• Build/maintain Seismic dynamic reports, dashboards, and core metrics
• Perform platform health monitoring
• Define standardized (“canned”) dashboard templates
• Improve or redesign reporting architecture
• Document Seismic configurations, dependencies, and process flows
• Document upstream and downstream partner groups
• Evaluate Seismic releases
• Perform regression testing and impact analysis
• Pilot early-access features and update documentation accordingly
• Maintain platform configuration references
• Maintain Seismic change log
