Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright or Selenium to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading automation initiatives, mentoring QA team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and QA processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
• Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Improve CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution.
• Review code, test scripts, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Track and report QA metrics, test progress, and quality status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in a QA Lead or senior QA role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (for Playwright) OR Java (for Selenium).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
