Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced iCIMS Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the iCIMS Talent Acquisition platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the iCIMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the iCIMS ATS platform.
• Gather and document business requirements from HR and recruitment stakeholders.
• Configure workflows, job templates, offer letters, onboarding modules, and system settings.
• Manage data migration, system testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Integrate iCIMS with third-party systems (HRIS, background checks, job boards, payroll systems).
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with iCIMS support when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
