Job Title: Lab Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lab Support Engineer to provide onsite IT and desktop support within a pharmaceutical/life sciences lab environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting lab users, scientific applications, and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and IT support to lab and business users
- Support lab systems, instruments, and scientific applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
- Manage Windows OS, device imaging, patching, and upgrades
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
- Support compliance in regulated (GxP) environments
- Maintain documentation and asset tracking
Required Skills:
- 3–6+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, O365
- Experience supporting lab equipment and scientific software
- Familiarity with GxP/FDA regulated environments preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
