Job Title: Lab Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lab Support Engineer to provide onsite IT and desktop support within a pharmaceutical/life sciences lab environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting lab users, scientific applications, and regulated environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and IT support to lab and business users
  • Support lab systems, instruments, and scientific applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
  • Manage Windows OS, device imaging, patching, and upgrades
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
  • Support compliance in regulated (GxP) environments
  • Maintain documentation and asset tracking

 

Required Skills:

  • 3–6+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, O365
  • Experience supporting lab equipment and scientific software
  • Familiarity with GxP/FDA regulated environments preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
