Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

 

•               Design and development: Design and develop custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow, specifically tailored for legal processes.

•              Platform customization: Customize the platform to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement features for legal service delivery.

•              Integrations: Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure data flow and process consistency.

•              Collaboration: Work with legal and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•              Testing and troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the platform.

•              Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

•              Support: Provide end-user support and training for the legal applications

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

                •             Act as technical lead for ServiceNow LSD implementations

               •             Own solution design, development, and technical decision-making

               •             Work closely with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders

               •             Build and review custom solutions, integrations, and automations

               •             Mentor developers and ensure delivery quality
