Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with senior executives
2. Ability to work independently when creating documentation and presentation.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, creation, and use of templates & design skills in a) the creation of documentation and newsletters and b) PowerPoints
4. Using MS Office especially PPT and data analysis skills to produce graphs and charts.
5. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation
6. Data Analysis skills with the ability to take technical details out of Jira and Excel and produce charts and graphs in PPT
7. Ability to create forms, charts, and graphs inside of JIRA.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Create learning and project decks for senior management
a. Design visually compelling slides
b. Creating charts and graphs from data to make patterns, trends, and outliers more visible.
c. Combining visuals, narrative, commentary and data to communicate insights clearly and compellingly.
d. Analytical Reporting of projects and production updates.
e. Understanding the target audience and tailoring presentation style to resonate with them.
f. Iterating on designs based on feedback and ensuring presentations are polished and error-free.
2. Coordinate project status for various projects and keep track of the updates.
3. Help project managers monitor project progress and provide updates to senior technical and business management
4. Schedule meetings, document, and generate reports
5. Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members keep their project updates current
6. Create templates for various presentations and documents.
7. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze information for documentation.
8. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards and style guides.
9. Review and revise existing documentation based on feedback and updates.
10. Review and update Business Continuity Plan while understanding the recovery strategies and recovery process involved. Organizing table-top exercise and creating deck for the exercise
