Roles & Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support large‑scale datacentre construction programs. The role focuses on project structuring, cost/budget management, procurement integration, and reporting across complex CAPEX‑driven construction portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design/configure WBS, networks, activities, milestones for end‑to‑end datacentre construction lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
- Integrate SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, POs, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
- Support schedule/resource planning aligned with construction PMO and commissioning teams.
- Build reporting dashboards (cost, progress, earned value, risk) using SAP and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO teams.
- Drive process improvements, template deployment, and automation for construction project workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of SAP PS experience in project accounting, cost control, budgeting, investment management, and settlement.
- Hands‑on experience in construction/EPC/large CAPEX infrastructure projects (datacenter, utilities, industrial, or similar).
- Proficiency integrating SAP PS with MM, FI/CO, Ariba; exposure to PPM/EPPM/Primavera is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement cycles, change management, progress measurement, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field. SAP PS certification preferred
