Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong experience with Cisco IOS/XE, Arista EOS, and network automation tools
• Experience in MS Office, Visio and MS Project.
• Good presentation skills & Strong teamwork skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings
• Easily adapts to changing priorities
• Experience managing enterprise projects; strong project management skills
• Knowledge and experience in Network Operations for large IT Infrastructure is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in managing Cisco Voice infrastructure is desired
• High level experience with SD-WAN technologies and centralized management platforms
• Proficiency in wireless networking (802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, site surveys)
• Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP)
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., NetScout, Cisco DNAC, NetFlow, SNMP)
• Experience with network security concepts and integration with firewalls and NAC
• Certifications such as CCNP, Arista ACE, CWNA, or SD-WAN vendor certifications
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Ansible)
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience with integration with firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking
• Experience with NetFlow, SNMP, and Syslog for monitoring
