The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, work closely with clients and sales teams, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
System Design & Technical Leadership
· Build and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple platforms
· Lead technical project teams of three or more developers
· Drive technical discovery and solution architecture
· Deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
· Recommend best-of-breed web applications and technology stacks
· Provide technical expertise during the sales and pre-sales process
· Interact directly with clients to define project scope and requirements
· Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Application Estimation
· Estimate project costs, timelines, and resource requirements
· Design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems
Front-End & Scripting Framework Development
· HTML/CSS:
